"Room was clean and bed comfortable. Booked a room with a tub, however the room that was assigned to me did not have a tub. Brought to the attention of the front desk and they refunded us $50. Not too many amenities but good location to stay at if you are planning a trip to the casino. The do have shuttle service available on Friday and Saturday. Overall, a good experience, will definitely stay here again!"

"The staff was very curtious and the breakfast was even better than expected. It was well stocked and had lots of options. The pool and hot tub were great!! My one complaint is that the entire place could use a very good vacuuming. Most floors and all stairs were very dirty. Our room was also not as clean as I would prefer, but everything worked well and we very much enjoyed our stay."

"The receptionist was having trouble with check in due to Wi-fi connection but was pleasant and helpful even under stress. The following morning we had cold water in the shower. The new receptionist informed us to run the tub, bathroom and and shower on at the same time as the were booked and many people were using hot water, which helped."

"Room was worn down. Furniture dated and barely holding together. Shower drain was clogged. Was not clean to acceptable standard - especially considering the room rate. Even though, we had a pre-paid reservation confirmed for a 2 queen bed, we were given a room with 1 king. Front desk attendant reported that's all they had because they over booked. Checked in around 9pm... not late - the correct room should have been held open."

"Room wasn’t clean at arrival Soap residue on shower wall and spot on wall of I’m hoping lotion pool area was not kept clean , clumps of hair on steps to water slide and in pool.Was very family friendly and exciting for 7yr old but for the price I was expecting a cleaner environment "
