"This hotel is the most budget hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the vinyl flooring to the postage stamp sized sink to the little squares of toilet tissue. To the hard beds. You can definitely do better"

"Terrible service, and is not clean! My bed sheets was ripped and the top sheet had blood stains, disgusting! You won't get any blanket, just one sheet to cover yourself, no comforter either. I want to cancel my stay and book another hotel, but refused. They sent someone to change the bed sheets. They really don't care, that was the treatment I got there. I would definitely NOT go back. Plenty options around that airport."

"The shuttle that runs from the airport is every hour - it is not very helpful if you just miss the shuttle, especially at night. On the other hand Uber is easy and cheap - so all in all a good solution close to the airport. "

"Windowless room, unhelpful staff. daft hotel policies. Don't bother asking for any help, you won't get it. Be aware you will need a Brazilian plug to charge your computer, and nobody will help you. On the plus side, you are inside the transit lounge so lots of other places to visit and wile away your layover. Frankly they seem more interested in running a pay to play smoking area for people trapped in transit. That is and big success, and full of suffering souls 24/7."

"The only slight issue we encountered during our stay was one of the two panoramic lifts wasn’t working and it was taking a while to get from one floor to another. We have enjoyed our one night stay and wish we had more time to explore the property ( our flight to GRU was delayed and we didn’t get to the hotel until 8:20pm)."
