「I'll just start off by saying " you pay for what you get" this place is steps away from the beach, has car rental services across the street and another one down the road, many souvenirs shops, bars, restaurants, market store and walgreens 8mins away from SJU airport and free hotel parking. 「The communication was excellent from the very beginning. The apartment was clean, and safe. We enjoyed daily breakfast at the Tostado restaurant one block away. Open from 8am-3pm. 「The property is phenomenal! Absolutely gorgeous! It was clean and the communication was pretty prompt. I loved how each of the rooms has their own bathrooms, but the shower pressure was not working on the top floor bathrooms. I did notify the owner and they said they will have it repaired. We left before someone came to repair the showers. Location is great, we walked to everything we needed and wanted to visit. The property definitely has an Old San Juan charm. Just beautiful! 」

「It was three of us in a room. Air-conditioner seemed to not stay the same temperature during the night, and parking sucked, and shower floor wasnt leveled so water kept running out. Otherwise, clean room, excellent location, lots of options to eat, owner was very clear and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.」

"Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I will definitely recommend stay here for the beach view and relaxation. The ocean front view is 10/10, Hospitality is 8/10. Overall experience including room service and cleaning is like a 7.5/10. My bed sheets had some stain, and when I order room service, instead of a proper full experience room service cart, They just gave us like to go boxes and some plastic forks and spoons, I kinda was expecting a more formal luxury room service experience. "
