I would not recommend this property at all. Upon check-in, we were handed the key to a room that was clearly unclean. After informing the front desk, we were offered another room, only to find that it too had not been properly cleaned. When I went back down to the reception to explain the situation, the response I received was shocking: “Well how are we supposed to know if it’s clean.” For a hotel, this is completely unacceptable. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations any guest should be able to rely on, and the dismissive attitude from the staff made the experience even worse. The safe was not mounted, nor did it work, so all valuables were at risk. As per my photos, you can see you can just carry it away. This stay was disappointing from start to finish, and I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you’re considering booking this property.

I was offered the option of a “fully-serviced apartment.” However, the first apartment offered had bed bugs crawling all over the bed. When I called to complain, they simply said that insects are common and begrudgingly moved us to another apartment in the same building. Though the apartment was fine, it had no AC in 30 degree Celsius weather. When I noted that, they simply opened the window and said there is a nice ocean breeze and said that all rooms in the hotel didn’t have AC - which I later found to be false. I packed up all my things and left without even staying a single night in my overall 4 night trip. Even with all the photos and complaints to validate my claims, it took me 3 days to finally receive a refund for this stay. Would not recommend.

A last resort.

Where to start with Palm Beach. If you're looking for somewhere purely for location, go ahead. Otherwise - do not bother. There's no lift - I walked up 3 flights of stairs to a room with no assistance for my case, to check into a room which had a locked / inaccessible safe, one towel, no bottled water, no working phone and nails sticking out of the sliding wardrobe door. The receptionist wasn't helpful at all and finally moved me to a room on the 2nd floor when I complained - not sure why she didn't give me that room to begin with when I made it clear I wasn't happy about dragging my case up 3 flights of stairs. She wasn't very with it at all. The 2nd room had the same issues - a locked / inaccessible safe (the receptionist spent 15 minutes trying to open it with a variety of keys), lack of towels, no water in the coffee machine, a phone that didn't work and - you guessed it - more nails sticking out of the sliding wardrobe door! The receptionist apologised and said this had never happened before and that I must've been unlucky with my room - which is hilarious as the 2nd room had all the same problems. Carpets in the rooms need replacing - they're completely worn out and the setting for breakfast is a little depressing although the selection offered was good. The bed was also really comfortable so that's probably the only plus. In total, I met 3 receptionists during a 1 night stay and only one of them was actually on the ball.

Très très decevant ! Pas digne d un 4 étoiles

Tres mal commencé car chambre pas prête à 15h donc la réceptionniste a tenté de nous mettre dans une minuscule chambre en faisant semblant de rien. J ai refusé catégoriquement cette chambre car pour 287 euros je voulais ma chambre avec balcon de 20 m2. J ai fonc attendu 15h30 pour l avoir sans excuse de la réceptionniste fort désagréable. Enfin pour résumer hôtel tres vétuste sans âme qui fait plus penser a un 2 ou 3 étoiles....pdj très minimaliste.

Hotel moyen sans parking privée, sans ascenceur

Hôtel qui se situe sur une place sans parking direct. Il faut garer sa voiture dans une résidence à 400m si on trouve de la place car aucune place de stationnement àppartient à l'hôtel. Chambre au deuxiéme étage sans ascenceur et climatisation un peu limite...fenetre sur cour intérieure d'un immeuble.
