The hotel says it has air conditioning but it switches to heating only from 23 rd October. It was still in the 23 outside and so sweltering in our room so we had to Sleep with the windows open which meant awful street noise. I asked if I could leave after the first night but was told I wouldn’t be refunded. So a very bad weekend of sleep !

Cristal was a welcome surprise. It is a 5 minute walk to the Carlton Hotel and the Mediterranean where there are plenty of restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself had a light and airy feel to it with a lovely lobby. Our room was large enough with comfortable beds and excellent lighting. Decor was light and pleasant and the view from room 303 was lovely. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location was excellent - close to the beach, shopping, dining. Indoor/outdoor pool, sauna and hammam were a real treat after a long day of walking/sightseeing. Parking garage was convenient as looking for street parking would have been very difficult. Included breakfast offered a good variety of fresh pastries, breads, cereals, eggs, mini pancakes, deli meats and juices and coffees as well as fresh fruits. Staff was courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay again in this hotel.

Best location in Cannes it’s in the center of the

Is a great location in Cannes very easy access to everything. The staff are very helpful and friendly the hotel is well kept and clean yet not very luxurious but the rooftop spa is a great plus . But the Wi-Fi is really bad and very hard to connect to and I complained many times yet the problem was never resolved. I love that place it’s my 2rd time and I hope to go back if I am ever in the city

Excellent position, good breakfast (apart from cold egg) clean and comfortable. Some excellent staff. Underground parking, very expensive and not easy to navigate with sometimes inches to spare between cars, obstacles and tight blindbends. Number of cars needs restricting, obstacles removing and complete reorganisation - poor.

We booked superior room but it was tiny ! We were v disappointed and went down to complain and after negotiations we got a free breakfast for two included (was 20 euros each add on had we booked it ) The bed was hard and uncomfortable tho .Unlikely to return

The staff is very kind and helpful if you ask. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only complaint was that it was slightly noisy from the street as well as other guests in the hallway, which is probably common in most Cannes hotels. Highly recommend and would book again

Would have been perfect if their ac worked

Hotel was in a good location and carry walkable and safe area. Staff were nice. Room was good, but their AC broke and it made it really uncomfortable as it was 90 degrees and humid. No real resolution but to provide a fan. Luckily they did have a pool and sitting area where we spent a good amount of time to cool off and relax since our room was not an option.
