A relaxing 5 day stay

Relaxing and comfortable rooms, with friendly staff and quality meals. The room was well pointed and the bathroom was great - good shower! Breakfast felt relaxing with a large variety of high quality food on offer. The two lunches I had there were also very good.

Nice club med style hotel painted cute. breakfast is good to best. Surrounding area esp the river is idyllic. 25min walk to beach along river. surrounded by public parks. But they seem to have many events which can be noisy at night if there is one esp weekends. Not cheap but will revisit

What a shame that we could not get any sleep 2 of the 3 nights that we booked. Very loud music from the bar until 1am, followed by loud guests in the hallways banging doors in the middle of the night. The hotel definitely is charming but they treat hotel guests as secondary compared to bar guests. Definitely not recommended for people looking to get some rest at night. Other than that the breakfast was really good and the pool are was nice. Average clean, especially the carpet in the rooms. Our room has a strong cigarette smell when we checked in. Lots of potential but does not meet 4-star expectations in my opinion.

Super nice staff, the room was quite spacious and comfortable. Check-in instructions were a but unclear, though: we arrived to the front desk before the "cut-off" time and it was already closed, there was a number and that number wouldn't answer. So we were waiting without any clue or being able to speak to anyone for about 20-30 minutes. Finally, I walked over to the restaurant area and someone there was able to help. Prices were very reasonable all around for food and breakfast. The apertivo was 10/10. Also, I was surprised that they charge extra to use the pool. Overall, though, it wa a good stay for 1 night as we drove from S. of France down to Naples.

Pleasant change from the regular hotels in Cannes

Fantastic staff throughout the hotel, great vibes and relaxed feel throughout. Pedal bikes and electric assist available for hire which was a great way to explore the coast line, enjoy a swim in a secluded bay, grab a coffee at a hill cafe and lunch with a gorgeous view. Rooms are clean and balconies are great. Shower is refreshing and bed is remarkably comfortable. Will definitely be coming back very soon.

Party hotel?

We stayed for two nights to get some sleep after roadtripping for 3 weeks. That was a poor choice, because the hotel transformed to a club that saturday and we could by no means sleep before 2 in the night. No parking as we arrived late. Otherwise good!

En déclin Séjour décevant cette année dommage

L’annĂ©e derniĂšre, notre sĂ©jour avait Ă©tĂ© exceptionnel. Le patron Ă©tait au top, trĂšs Ă  l’écoute et chaleureux. Cette annĂ©e, c’est une toute autre ambiance : aucun sourire, pas mĂȘme un bonjour. On avait l’impression d’avoir affaire Ă  une personne complĂštement diffĂ©rente. Le personnel saisonnier semble malheureusement peu formĂ© au mĂ©tier de l’hĂŽtellerie. Ils changent constamment de poste : un jour Ă  l’accueil, le lendemain au bar ou en salle. Ce manque de stabilitĂ© se ressent dans le service, qui manque cruellement de professionnalisme. CĂŽtĂ© propretĂ©, on est loin du standing attendu. FenĂȘtres, miroirs et VMC ne sont pas nettoyĂ©s, ce qui donne une impression gĂ©nĂ©rale peu soignĂ©e, proche d’un hĂŽtel 2 Ă©toiles. Le petit dĂ©jeuner, autrefois un vrai point fort, est devenu trĂšs basique, presque “meskin”. C’est vraiment dommage, car l’établissement en lui-mĂȘme est magnifique et aurait beaucoup de potentiel avec une meilleure gestion.

Chambres trĂšs trĂšs vieillissante on sent qu’on a fait du neuf sur du vieux , carrelage baignoire complĂštement cassĂ©, deux mouchoirs dans la boĂźtes , cendres de cigarette sur la terrasse, cheveux sur serviettes de toilettes, tĂ©lĂ© qui ne fonctionnait pas et le rĂ©ceptionniste qui nous dit : ça vous permettra une soirĂ©e detox !!! Le culot ! Et restaurant fermĂ© le soir de notre arrivĂ©e et non prĂ©cisĂ©. TrĂšs déçue nous avions choisi cet hĂŽtel car recommandĂ© et suite familiale trĂšs bien agencĂ©e mais malgrĂ© notre dĂ©ception pour la tĂ©lĂ© et le restaurant aucun geste commercial (sur le parking payant par exemple) ni mĂȘme un : tout s ets bien passĂ© ?
