Wow, what a find! Steps from the beach/Boulevard de la Croisette, free parking on site, and friendly staff, all for an incredible price. I enjoyed popping down for a morning swim in the mornings — even without a towel, as it was 2 minutes away. The staff on site were incredibly helpful in giving us directions to the main sites and train station for Monaco—all an easy walk away. Can’t recommend this hotel enough, a rare find indeed.

Au vu du parking, nous avons laissé les clefs de la voiture à la réception pour faire une grasse matinée…. 9h le téléphone sonne… pouvez vous déplacer le voiture 😡 je vous ai laissé les clefs pour cela !! De plus pas de volets dans le chambre donc vers 7-8h le soleil Par contre établissement très bien placé à 5-10 min du port à pied

Muy buena estancia. Gracias.

Un hotel céntrico, personal muy amable. Muy bien tener parking en el centro de Cannes. Quizá lo único es q la ducha es un poco pequeña y la cama muy justa al tamaño de la habitación, pero muy bien en general.

Kommer tillbaka!

Vi kom med bil och där fanns en jättebra videoövervakad parkering till oss och flera parkeringsplatser till. Välkomnades av jättetrevliga hjälpsamma ägare av hotellet. Fick hjälp att bära upp bagaget till rummet. Frukost bestående av yoghurt i olika smaker. Croissanter, ostar, nutella mm. Kaffe, juice och te. Mkt bra städning varje dag. Stranden går man till på 10 minuter. Personalen pratar Franska och mkt God engelska. Det enda som kan bli bättre är att sängarna kunde varit mjukare och duschen lite större.

Lovely hotel, great location!

I myself have stated at Hotel Alexandre III; and subsequently booked it many times for my colleagues as well. All (myself included) have stated that the reception at the hotel is lovely; with the receptionist always happy to answer questions, friendly and helpful. The rooms are great; clean, airconditioned and comfortable. The hotel's location is perfect for short walks to the supermarket, a little pizza shop, the ports of Moure Rouge & Port Canto, as well as the popular Promenade de la Croisette. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again, as well as continue making bookings for my colleagues. Thanks to Hotel Alexandre III and the staff!

Hjemme når jeg er ude.

Meget opmærksomt personale. God service. Hyggeligt lille hotel med fin gårdhave hvor de serverer morgenmad til kl:12. 5 minutter fra stranden. Beliggenhed 15-20 minutters gang fra hvor det hele sker( shopping gader, restaurant gader osv). Ok senge og roligt om natten. Hvis jeg kommer til Cannes igen er det her jeg vil bo.

Great place in Cannes

Perfect location - just few steps from Croisette but quite and peaceful. Room looked better than in a picture! Very nice personnel. Free parking! Breakfast at lovely garden. Recommend this place!

Hotel non enorme ma pulito, facile da raggiungere e vicino al mare. Parcheggio interno ottimo. Per chi si vuole abbuffare alla colazione costa 12 euro a cranio, altrimenti la fa fuori (e spende poco meno nei bar). Consigliato.

Très bon séjour, accueil au top

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant, de bon conseil. Les espaces sont très propres ainsi que les chambres. Un parking gratuit dans la cours de l'hôtel est à votre disposition. Très important au vue de la difficulté du stationnement dans cannes et au prix de celui-ci. Situation géographique au top, à 20min à pieds du Palais des festivals, de quoi contempler la baie tout en marchant.

We would recommend this charming hotel to everybody , very good location near the beach , restaurants and stores.Hotel has nice cozy atmosphere with friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and clean with beautiful view. Had such nice time and can't wait to come back.
