"Only 10 minutes to Banff very clean room 2 minutes to Canmore downtown "

"We needed a room for 3 nights and it was fine. However the building is dated and I suspect its wood construction so you will hear things you shouldn’t. We had to listen to our neighbour’s bathroom fan. You will hear it in your room until someone turns it off. "

"Everything was great. Staff were excellent. We just happened to stay there when there was new construction of a brand-new Hotel next door and across the street! Not great timing! "

"Although the staff were kind barely spoke English so unable to help with directions or interests. The water pressure was poor, parking was stressful as the parking area is very tight. Train outside our window made for a noisy night. The shower conditioner was empty. The building itself was clean and well kept. "

"Elevator not working morning of our departure, had to cart my own gear down 5 flights of stairs to get out. Was not able to reach anyone from the hotel by phone. This really makes me concerned about their ability to keep us safe in an emergency. No one has reached out to us about the incident so far. "
