Dining in the restaurant — located in the original dungeon — was a highlight. The food was excellent and moderately priced, adding to the overall value of the stay. The castle is conveniently located about 20 minutes outside of Salamanca, making it an ideal retreat while still accessible to the city. The only drawback is accessibility. Due to the historic nature of the castle, there are numerous stairs, which may present challenges for guests with limited mobility. Overall, expect to relax, explore, and fully enjoy the many unique rooms and spaces throughout this remarkable property."

"Great stay on our trip to Salamanca. The location is great because it has many great things that are walkable. Amazing dinner options as well. Rooms were clean and a big breakfast with many different options. Staff members were quick to answer all of our questions, and they were always polite and friendly.
