Every single person I interacted with was warm, friendly, and genuinely accommodating in a way that felt completely authentic. It never felt forced — just true hospitality. The food was another highlight. Every meal was delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of fresh flavours. It was a treat every time we sat down to eat. "The breakfast was great, the staff friendly and helpful and the hotel and grounds well maintained, charming and comfortable. Only minor issues were with the late check-in procedure and the beds, which were on the small side compared to most hotels these days. Overall a great stay and we would definitely stay again. "

"This was a perfect location for a stay in Madiera. Nice view, free parking, and all the amenities anyone could want in the room. So many thoughtful extras like wine, bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, washing machine and drying rack, etc. I would definitely stay again. "
