The Editory Ocean Way Funchal
Highly recommend this hotel. A little bit further out from the port and centre but still walkable and easy to get transport. Pretty much next to a shopping centre. Easy to access. Excellent facilities including in room. Staff were welcoming, polite and accommodating. Would definitely stay again

The kitchen appliances did not work and there was no air conditioning in the room. The staff were friendly and the room service left the space very neat and tidy.

Village Cabo Girao
This is a beautiful location with stunning views. Just be aware that it the shuttle bus from the resort doesn't always go into town everyday. The village is far from Funchal and the public transportation is not always reliable or ontime. I booked this place in December 2025 for the gym, the view, ...
