The on duty staff were excellent however management works from Japan and is rude and unhelpful. No office and very little nearby. Traffic in the area is nightmarish. The pool was the highlight.

askara getaway

there was blackout and some lamps in room had exposed wires. it is a bit off the beaten track so if you want food easily then not the place. sometimes gojek driver cannot find. traffic congestion means drive to seminyak kudeta took 45 minutes..25 mins more than 10 years ago..not the hotels fault but this is not ideal if you want to party in seminyak i went there to lock us away and chill..netflix available but i didnt use it.

位子離市區真的有點遠，而且位在巷子裡然後巷口沒有招牌，每次要找到位子的時候都有一點難找，住宿時間大致上的清潔做得都很不錯，但是床鋪的上面還是有一些小蚊子

Askara Villa is een heerlijke accomodatie. Erg rustig en ruim genoeg. Een werkelijk waar prachtige badkamer, een heerlijk bed, een fijn zwembad en een eenvoudig maar efficient keukentje. Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en maken een heerlijk ontbijt voor je klaar. Wel had ik regelmatig whatsapp contact met de eigenaar die vroeg hoelaat wij ontbijt of schoonmaak wilde, dat vond ik soms een beetje storend, want we zijn op vakantie en dan willen we eigenlijk niet aan een "schema" vastzitten. Verder niets dan lof voor de lieve en gastvrije mensen die Askara runnen en absoluut een aanrader voor iedereen!

とても綺麗に清掃されていて気持ちのいいホテルでした。 スタッフの方々もコミュニケーションを取ってきてくれました。 残念だったのは滞在した日がヴィラに着いた後にお祭りの影響で道が混雑していてディナーを出せない、と言われてタクシーを呼ぶから外で食べてきて欲しいと言われて、10分ほどの距離の場所に連れて行ってもらいホテル専属の方らしくとても感じのいい方だったので値段を聞かずに乗ったこっちも悪かったんですけど、ヴィラ に返ってきてから200000ルピアを請求されました。 ディナーに行く途中にチェックアウト後目的地に送ってあげるよ、と言われていてよろしくお願いしますと言っていましたがぼったくられて、すぐキャンセルの連絡をしてブルーバードを呼びました。 ブルーバードは本当に良かったです。 ホテルの信用にも関わるし、ディナーを出せないのはホテルの責任ですし、呼ぶタクシーを選ぶべきです。 このホテルに泊まる際はお気をつけください。 そのほかは本当によかったので、残念でした。
