Pousada linda bairro encantador e bem localizado atendimento cordial e carinhoso por parte de toda equipe do Caliandra. A proprietária Dusa mais Patrícia e Estefani super atenciosas. Já nos hospedamos em outras oportunidades e desta vez formos com nosso príncipe pequenininho e certamente iremos em outras oportunidades. Gratidão 🙏👪

Pousada com bom custo benefício e confortável. Tivemos um único inconveniente na véspera da viagem, pois nos acionaram dizendo que para o período (natal) não aceitavam reservas com menos de 3 dias (a nossa eram somente 2 noites). No entanto, quando respondi que não houve nenhum bloqueio ao tentar reservar pela plataforma Hoteis.com, não houve nenhum tipo de problema

Poderia ser perfeita, mas não foi

No geral gostei da pousada, principalmente pelo atendimento, contudo a noite alguns cachorros que ficam em um terreno na frente da pousada, latiram muito, incomodando na hora de dormir e na última noite, fomos acordados por volta das 5:30 horas por um grupo hospedes que ficaram gritando e fazendo brincadeiras sem que ninguém tomasse qualquer atitude a respeito. Tive que tomar eu próprio providencias a respeito.

Boas acomodações, porém com o preço elevado.

A pousada é aconchegante e bonita. Tem um estilo colonial muito interessante e a construção é em estilo alemão. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e cordiais. Porém o preço é elevado, considerando as acomodações e a simplicidade do café da manhã. Oferece pouca variedade de comidas, principalmente por não oferecer pratos quentes, tais como bacon, calabresa, hot dog, etc...Se for a Gramado de novo irei procurar uma opção melhor.
