Everything was good except the a/c was messes up in our room but the next day we got moved to front ocean view so that was good and a plus also but other than that everything was good

Very nice hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. Great selections on the free breakfast buffet. My only issue was I booked this hotel specifically because it said it had free airport shuttle service but turns out you have to complete a form 48 hrs in advance and it wants you to use WhatsApp to book. ...

Emporio Cancun Optional All Inclusive
The cleaning could have been better over the 4 days. The shower was never cleaned, and when we needed something, they would say "I'll bring it in five minutes," but they never did. It wasn't an excellent experience, but it was okay!
