We loved our stay. Nice hotel with good amenities. The waterpressure was good, the hotel is clean, the pool was good and the gym was good. Some difficulties with communication since we don't speak spanish, but it worked out.

I was having dental work for a week in Cancun. I paid for the breakfast every morning with the room and it was worth it. Good service, great location. Right between a convenient store & a bank with and ATM. Great price for a great stay!

This is a nice decent hotel in the middle of downtown. Very safe and walkable to the plaza las americas. The 7 eleven and many restaurants are right beside the hotel. The staff is helpful and very polite. The hotel has all amenities you may need, including gym and pool and laundry. The only disappointing thing was their restaurant.

The hotel is close to downtown and a good location to start trips to Chichen Itza, etc. The staff was very helpful when I forgot some clothes in my room, especially Ofelia from housekeeping and Edgar from the front desk helped me to get my clothes back. Many many thanks to you both.

The property didn't look like the pictures I would say, maybe cause of the lighting but overall u get what u pay for; 1 bed with just the basics a tv, mini fridge, and shower.So if u just want to sleep there and shower, enjoying the city's in attractions the whole day while having free breakfast this is the place for u as its conveniently located in the heart of Cancun.
