スタッフさんの対応がとても良かったです。チェックイン前に着きましたが、部屋に荷物を置かせてくれました。 部屋の中にイモリがいて少しびっくりしました。 ドライヤーはありません。 お湯は出ますが、出るまでに時間がかかりますし、水圧も弱いです。 プールは期待しない方が良いかと思います。

Primeramente no es un Hotel. Ni siquiera tiene nombre o anuncio que informe que allí es el hotel. Parece mas como algo secreto. No dan servicio de limpieza. Uno de los climas no funcionó la segunda noche. Está bien ubicado, pero dista mucho de ser un hotel o mas aun un Hotel Boutique. Yo reclamaría a Hoteles.com por tenerlo incluído.

キッチンのある広いアパートメントホテルで、セントロのADOバスターミナルから徒歩５分ほどのところにあります。 バスターミナルの近くには大きなスーパーがあったり、バスターミナルからホテルへ向かう道にはコンビニやレストランなどもあって便利な立地。 私達の部屋は屋上テラスもあり、洗濯したものを干すのに使いました。 置いてある食器は少なめでしたが、２人利用なら大丈夫。人数多くなると困るかも。 建物は年数が経っていて、メンテナンスもあまりされていないようでしたが、清潔に保たれていました。

My stay was fine

For the location and rate, I am satisfied with my stay although the room's bath tub needs repair and the refrigerator was not cold. Anyway, my stay was quiet and without any issues.

Okay, I agree with others that this is a neat little hotel with lots of things going for it. I loved that it was very close to the cancun Centro ADO, lots of food and beverage options very close by, however this is not a tourist area, but more of a locals area. This area does have a night life and very close to all-night disco clubs, but far enough not to hear the bass. Pool was clean, room was larger than expected and clean, the patio area off the room was awesome, except that the hotel dog likes to poop there and I stepped in it with no shoes on! And the patio furniture has no cushions, making it worthless. If they fixed these two minor items, I would go 4.0 of 5. If they repaired the A/c in the room so that it didn't take 4 hours to cool the room, it would go 4.5 stars. This is not a 5 star hotel by any means, however for a mom and pop place, it scores high on the romantic list, also good for people who need to share a room.TV had lots of chanels too. Other issues with room was no towels in room, and no additional bedding in room for fold out couch. But the fold out was the most comfortable I have ever seen. This place is hard to rate. I liked it and a few items ruined it. But the items were very small and easily corrected, so I will definitely be back to give another chance because I really want to like this place, and it could be what I call a budget 5 star hotel with a little work.

We love the pool. We were close to public transportation, supermarkets, malls. We had three beaches near us, Pearl beach, Lobster Beach and Turtle Beach. We also had restaurants, bars, and stores near by. A small park. Very convenient and our apartment boutique was very comfortable, with air conditioning, hot water, dryer, and lots of towels.

Very good deal

If you are looking for a comfortable place that you can afford and you are not expecting a 5 star luxury hotel, then this is it. A little hard to find, you have to look for the 19 on the wall and the two black metal doors. Ring the doorbell and the owner, Noun, will answer momentarily. This is a very large apartment which includes an induction cook top and has pans, utensils , dishes, etc and a microwave and fridge. Didn't get hot water until the last night, but the water was tepid the first 2 nights. Has newer wall mount AC with remote control. Large flat screen TV. Plenty of closets and drawers. A steal for the money. Area may be a little rough, but the courtyard is secure. Nice park a half block up the street.

Hard to find and harder to stay at

Took us an hour to find it.No signage and address was just a lot of numbers.When we finally found it with the help of some policemen and a taxidriver we were told they were booked out even though we had booked and paid weeks earlier.After waiting around for half an hour the very concerned proprieter had found us another hotel and took us there.He bent over backwards to resolve the problem and help us so full credit to him in spite of the stuff up.Looked like a nice place to stay.

Hidden Gem.

Friendly staff, spacious room, clean, beautiful courtyard and pool. This is a hidden gem. A bit hard to find since the name is not out front just look for the black metal doors and ring the buzzer. Once inside it feels like an oasis.

Great Value and comfortable.

A bit difficult to find but once you do you will be delighted! The interior courtyard and pool are very private and quiet. Noun the manager is very friendly and accommodating. We had the 1 bedroom apartment with kitchenette and it was very spacious with a king bed and a double fold down couch. The shower and closet are massive. This is a great place for an extended stay.

Estuvimos 8 días y solo pasaron a limpiar 1 ves, el colchón de la cama se sentía chueco y el sofá cama estaba bastante incómodo, él sr Naum es muy amable, la alberca está limpia aunque no tiene escalera, nos dejaron hacer el check in desde las 10 am aunque decía que era a las 3 de la tarde y el check out hasta las 4pm cuando debía ser a la 1pm, la ubicación es perfecta en el centro de Cancún, cerca de buenos restaurantes, ademas se puede ir caminando a los mercados 23 y 28 y a la estación de la ADO, también a tomar el camión ruta 1 hacia la zona hotelera, etc, a nosotros no encanto más allá de sus puntos malos.

Hotel getting remodeled,

Hotel in the very heart of Cancun. No signage on wall. Just the number 19. Hard to find. Apparently the hotel is getting remodel. Could be nice when done. No hot water in room. Couldn't tell anyone because I didn't see hardly anyone for the three nights I was there and besides, the only handyman I spoke to (after checking in) did not know english.
