This hotel is wonderful. So cute and homey with a beautiful garden and great beach. The rooms are large and have good air conditioning. The hotel includes a hearty and tasty breakfast at Loretta’s Restaurant and Beach resort and access to their beach. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The beach has nice sand, good swimming area, snorkels and kayaks. The food there is excellent. We did not even go anywhere else during our 5 day stay! It is within walking distance of Punta Sur and many restaurants. It is located in the southern end of the island which is more quiet. We love it and are going back in 2027.

Everything about Maria Kan Kin’s was amazing! We had the Romantic Suite which was upstairs with a large deck and a gorgeous view! Lily, the manager was wonderful! The restaurant, Loretta’s has some of the best food we’ve ever eaten. The beach is fairly small but pristine, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. You can order food and drinks from the beach. We truly cannot recommend this hotel enough. It made our stay in Isla Mujeres absolutely perfect!!!

This was our first time to stay at Maria’s Kan Kin. If you’re looking for a peaceful place on the island with serene views, private beach access, a delicious breakfast included and such a friendly, helpful staff this place is amazing! Lily greeted us at check-in and made us feel so welcome. Max waited on us at Loretta‘s for multiple meals. He offered suggestions and attentive service. The beach was clean and offered kayaks and a great place to snorkel. You need to take a taxi from the ferry and Lily let us know that it should cost around 150 pesos. We sat and visited with Lily while we waited for our taxi (which she called for us) after check-out. We were only at Maria’s for two days so we didn’t get to experience everything they had to offer so we will definitely be back!

We were in room 10. Enjoyed our stay, room was clean and beaches were great!! Lilly is wonderful and will take care of everything for you!! Beautiful sunsets from your balcony. Punta Sur is very close. Rent a golf cart for your stay and explore the island at your leisure!!

The location on Punta Sur was perfect. Great beach and beautiful gardens. Lily was so helpful with everything. Our toliet broke and we were upgraded to the ocean front suite. Very quiet and peaceful..

We loved that it was quiet and off the beaten path. We were able to walk to several restaurants. LILY was the absolute BEST in making sure we had everything we needed to make our vacation run smoothly. The beach and pool were clean and very private.
