We are very sorry we needed to work on that column, but it wasnt a big construction, still Iám sorry if it disturbed your resting time, we are always open to your request to spot it.We know you steped in a screw, and our security staff assisted you with the firs aid, and that we also offered you the doctor service without a charge and you refused to use it, also my Front Desk Manager set a request to Expedia to re imburse you the all inclusive portion of your trip for the last two nights. We are currently working to improve the internet service in this specific area of the hotel.Joseph, we do care about your experience and your comments, that is the only way to improve our products and services.
