The very best experience from arrival to my departure. I spent my birthday at Atelier Resort, and I had the most incredible time. The resort in itself is breathtaking... The staff members are superb - attentive and extremely professional. What an oasis! Every single area on the property was immaculate, clean, well manicured, and pristine. The restaurants --- amazing. The Maria Delores Michelin restaurant was every bit of spectacular - the food options were unique and delicious. The rooms are just a superb. Everyday was special because of the attentiveness of the staff. You feel like you're the only one that the staff is taking care of... so amazing. Atelier is my new favorite 5 star resort in Cancun, Mexico!

We have stayed at 4 other Cancun resorts including Excellence and the new one Impressions and this was by far our favorite of them all!! Great food, great gym classes and extra classes like pottery and painting. Wendy at the coffee shop was phenomenal. ARTURO the fitness coach was so fun and honestly elevated our gym sessions. I’m not huge into classes but I looked forward to every class that was led by him. Alberto and Alejandro at the bar were great. Samantha at Takeshi made us feel extra special, even when we were just walking by back to our room she always waved and wished us a goodnight. Luis and Daniel at Alba made our trip extra memorable, on our last day they all took a ginger shot with us and wished us a safe flight back. But my absolute favorite staff member was Bonifilio. He was the chef at the fruit bar during breakfast. Every morning we would walk over after the gym and the mango/papaya bowl would be empty. Upon asking him for extra he made it a task to make each bowl everyday more and more special! On my last day I came up and he asked if I wanted my usual which I did, he went to grab a fruit then knelt down and brought out a masterpiece from the fridge. Most beautiful fruit bowl of them all! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. They do hit you with an inspira speech but if you shoot down the idea right away they won’t keep bugging you.

This was my second time visiting the resort with my family. Our first time was in July 2024 and the second was in June 2025. The resort is beautiful - very clean, modern, and smells amazing. The staff is amazing! Everyone is consistently pleasant and eager to help if you have a question or need directions. There are quite a few dining options, as well. We thought the food was overall very good for an all-inclusive resort. Overall, we've had a great experience, both times, and we definitely plan to be back!

My wife and I had an unforgettable stay at Hotel Atelier Playa Mujeres—this is hands down the best hotel in all of Cancun. The service is truly outstanding, and the location is perfect for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. Special thanks to Roman, Rodolfo, and Alberto—they are by far the best bartenders in the world. Their friendliness, creativity, and attention to detail made every drink an experience. Also, David, who works at Alba and Mercado 19, deserves special recognition. He should be a food director—his knowledge, preparation, and passion for hospitality are remarkable. He made every meal memorable. One of the most unique and magical experiences was the astronomy activity hosted by two professional astronomers, Ana and Jimmy. They brought a powerful telescope and guided us through the night sky, explaining the stars and constellations. It was absolutely incredible and unforgettable. We are in love with this hotel and everything it offers. We’ll definitely be back soon!

The property was amazing. The staff were amazing. Everything was nice and clean. It was a beautiful place to be at. They have many workshops during the day, but you would have to look them up day by day and make sure you were in line on time because it’s first come first serve. The only problem we had was the mini bar was not stocked up for two days after calling and talking to the lady who cleaned we were able to get some stuff stocked in the mini fridge. Another thing was everything from the spa was taxed. Every single item was taxed individually and that was something new for us since we’ve never been taxed on anything at any resort. Mercado 19 for breakfast was amazing. The staff were amazing. The food was amazing. The dinner reservations for Mercado was OK. The food was good. Just remember not to order tacos with rice because apparently they serve taco with rice and we’re not used to having tacos in our rice, other than that, the food was great everywhere we went to eat. It was great. We just had to get reservations and that was a little bit difficult to do make sure that you wake up early in the morning a day before to to reserve where you would like to eat every day reservations can be difficult unless you upgrade and the Butler would do it for you other than that we had the most amazing time ever.

The experience was unlike any other vacation we have ever done. It was our 10-year wedding anniversary and they made us feel so special. From the room upgrade to intimate anniversary dinner, the service was unmatched and food was the best we have ever experienced in an all-inclusive resort. We will certainly be back next year. I experience multiple of minor issue in my room and because it was a short stay i did want to inconvenience my wife as we were celebrating our 11th anniversary. But at the checkout i express to the agent at the desk all issues about the room and i was not offer any compensated for the inconvenience. But the staff were great!

Everything about this property is extremely nice, but somehow the service is even better. The only thing I didn’t like about this resort was the price to play a round of golf. Seemed pretty unrealistic, and it makes since why I didn’t see a lot of golfers.
