Room was extremelly clean & neat. Staff was always very warm and ready to attend us. Amenities improved a lot (from my previous visit of 8 yrs ago).

Solace by the Sea
The areas and the property felt neglected. Also, there was a cockroach and a spider in the bathtub and the water was dirty with a weird tint.

Hilton Ponce Golf & Casino Resort
Beautiful property and beach front too. Clean rooms clean hallways clean elevators and lobby. Friendly staff. The food in the restaraunts are so good there is no need to leave!

The Place at the Sea
Room appeared very new, clean and nice. Bathroom and shower were clean and nice. Bed was fine. Apartment felt very secure.

DO NOT STAY HERE! To start: the place itself wasn’t very clean and there were stains on the couch and bed linens. The bed is much too firm as well (unless you like that sort of thing). It’s very apparent that this place was furnished not with comfort, but cheapness in mind. And by far the worst part ...
