Hidden diamond place

Absolutely amazing place and service, it’s brilliant in mountains near the seaside. We were impressed with the level of support, hospitality and atmosphere created by hotel stuff. English speaking employee was very helpful, we were the with my parents and feel themselves very valuable and received absolutely great service to make our days like heaven. Breakfast on the terrace and room with small garden, sea views make our holiday special

Great location and view. Staff didn't speak English. The menu of the restaurant was available only in Turkish. You cannot throw toilet paper in the toilet.

Türkiye'de "gerçekten hayvan dostu" olan tek otel. Ama tek özelliği bu değil; sakinlik ve huzur sevenler için birebir. Doğa ve estetiği iç içe bulabileceğiniz nadir yerlerden biri. Minimalist kahvaltısının her lokması çok lezizdi. Plajda atıştırmalıkları tatmin edici, akşam yemeklerine gelince hem midenize hem de ruhunuza hitap ediyor. Servis elemanları güleryüzlü, içten ve saygılı. Minik bir kadro ile koskocaman işlere imza atıyorlar. Her şeyi ve hepinizi çok sevdik :-)))

Huzurlu bir tatil

Konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Otelin yemyeşil bir kampüsü var peyzajı çok güzeldi. Deniz tertemizdi. Çocuk olmadığı için çok sessiz ve sakindi:) Taş evde bir aksaklık yaşadık bizi hemen başka bir odaya alarak yardımcı oldular odanın balkonu ve manzarasına bayıldık. Eylül ayı itibariyle akşam yemeği çıkmıyormuş o yüzden akşamları civardaki yerlerde yemek yedik ama sorun olmadı etrafta çok restoran var. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Temizliği de beğendik. Tüm personele teşekkür ederiz.

Çok Keyifli Bir Tatildi..

Konaklamamız çok güzeldi. 3 gece kaldık. Otelin konumu, odanın genişliği, balkonu ve temizliği çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı içeriği ve terası çok güzeldi. Otelin kendine ait büyük bir iskelesi mevcut ve çok rahat ettik ama iskeledeki bazı yemekler pek lezzetli değildi. Ayrıca son gün alkol satışı yapılamadı. İskelenin tuvaleti de hijyenik ve bakımlı değildi. Bu konular dışında mükemmeldi diyebilirim. Hem iskele kısmında hem de otel kısmında çalışan personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü.

Şehrin kaosundan kaçıp nefes almak isteyenlerin gitmesi gerektiği bir otel. Resepsiyondaki Çağatay bey, müzisyenimiz okan bey, baristamız uğur bey, sahilde aytaç bey, oldukça ilgili ve yardım severdi. Otelin peyzaj ve mimarisi eşinizin sürekli fotoğraf çektirmek isteyeceği güzellikte :)

Huzur Dolu Tatil

Assos bölgesini gezmek ve huzurlu bir zaman geçirmek için çok ideal bir otel. Hijyen anlamında genel olarak iyi. Restoran ve kahvaltı çeşit ve lezzetleri bizim için çok iyiydi(bir restoran işletmesi ile anlaşılmış). Oda içi internet bağlantısı bizim için problem olmuştu, o hususta memnun değildik; fakat otel içerisindeki dinlenme ve rahatlama alanları çok hoşumuza gitti. Bahçesinde turlamak ve yeşillik içerisinde vakit geçirmek insanları rahatlatıyor. Bölgedeki tarihsel turistik alanlara da yakın olması avantaj, hem Gülpınar hem de Behramkale tarafının ortasında kalıyor. Gördüğümüz kadarıyla da çevredeki otellere oranla güzel bir ortam sunuyor. Biz genel hatlarıyla çok memnunuz diyebilirim. Doğa içerisinde olması sebebiyle biraz sinek olabilir gidecek olanlar bunu dikkate almalı.

Longevity Hotel’de 2 gece konakladık. Kaldığımız odanın deniz manzarası bir harikaydı. Odamız gayet konforlu, temiz ve genişti. Kahvaltı da lezzetli ve yeterliydi. Konum olarak kafa dinlemek isteyenler için ideal. Yakınlarda alışveriş merkezi, çarşı vs yok. Doğayla iç içe, kendini dinlemek isteyenlerin tercih edebilecekleri bir yer. Yalnız yollar biraz dönemeçli ve bakımsız olduğu için giderken dikkat edilmeli. Hotel’in kendine ait bir plajı var (iskele). Biz Ekim ayında gittiğimiz için bizden başka kimse yoktu. Odanın bahçesi de büyük ve güzeldi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Temizlik konusunda iyilestirme yapilmali

Otel konumu ve imkanlari acisindan cok guzel. Kahvalti tatmin edici, sezon disi ve otelde sadece 5 kisi oldugumuz icin yuksek beklentim yoktu zaten. Ama temizlik acisindan kotuydu. Kaldigimiz odanin banyosu kirec ve toz kapliydi. Yerler ayni sekilde tozluydu ve dolaptan aldigim yorgan kirliydi.

Otelin lokasyonu iyi. Odalar deniz manzaralı ve rahat. İskeleden denize girmek çok keyifli. Ancak adult otelin plajına dışarıdan günlük giriş için çocuklu müşteri kabul etmek işin mantığına aykırı. Kahvaltı oldukça iyi. Görünen o ki pandemi, otel işletmesini olumsuz etkilemiş. Ufak tefek sorunlar var. Bahçe, manzara ve deniz o kadar güzel ki bu sorunları görmezden gelebiliyorsunuz. Oda kahvaltı konakladığımız için akşam yemekleri hakkında bir fikrimiz yok.

Güzel bir çevrede vasat odalar!

Butik otel olarak muadillerinden bir hayli pahalı. Bu da ciddi bir beklenti oluşturuyor. Ancak odaların hiç bir özelliği yok, sıradan bir 3 yıldız otelden bile daha yetersiz denebilir. Temizlik yeterli değil, banyoda yerde temizlenmemiş saç telleri vardı. İyi bir çevre, güzel bir denizi ( ki çevredeki bütün konaklama yerleri bu ortak özelliklere sahip). Çalışanlar ilgili, yemekler iyi idi. Odalar biraz daha özenli hale getirilse, fiyatlar da makule çekilse daha iyi olacak.

Huzur dolu keyifli bir otel

Üç günlük çok keyifli bir tatildi. Otel tertemiz çok huzurlu. Personel canayakın ve ilgili. Kahvaltı ve akşamyemekleri lezzetliydi. Deniz iskeleden giriliyor ve taşlık. Deniz ayakkabısı almayı ihmal etmeyin. Huzurlu sakin bir tatil arıyorsanız ideal.

Harika tesiste facia bir isletme.

Konumu, mimarisi, genis bahcesi, plaji, odalari ile kesinlikle harika bir tesis. Ancak bu derece kotu bir isletme ve servis anlayisi ile maalesef ancak bu puani ve yorumu hak ediyor. Etrafta isini yapmaya calisan sadece bir iki calisan var ama maalesef boyle bir tesiste olmasi gereken bir profesyonel yonetici ve organizasyon yok. Ekibiyle yuksek sesle tartisarak surekli gerginlik yaratan, misafir memnuniyetinden bi haber bir yonetici, birbirinden habersiz, "acaba tatilde mi yoksa calisiyor mu"diye kendinize sormaniza neden olan, lakayit tavirlariyla ortada basibos dolasan, muhabbet eden, musteri gibi tesisi kullanan, yiyen, icen bir grup calisan.. Bunun haricinde temizlik konusunda da iki notumuz var. Odalarda yataklarin alti ve dusakabindeki kirecler de temizlenmeli :) Ozetle.. Boyle bir tesise bu isletme olmamis.

Otel çok temiz ve konforluydu. Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Şef Yasin Bey'e ilgisinden dolayı ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz. Otelde 3 gün konakladık. Kahvaltılar çok iyi. Akşam yemeğini ilk gün çok beğendik. Mezeler ve ara sıcaklar genel olarak iyi ancak ana yemek konusunda biraz daha mutfağın gelişmeye ihtiyacı var. Denize girilen yer otele yakın. Su berrak ve temiz. Ancak otelin kendi plajında kestane olduğu için Sivrice tarafından denize girilmesini öneriyorum. Assos tarafında başka bir otelde daha konakladık. Temizlik, ilgi açısından bu oteli öneriyorum. Dinlenmelik yeşillikler içinde güzel bir otel. Tekrar gitmeyi planlıyoruz.
