Odalar küçük kahvaltı ve personel ilgisi çok güzel

Oda küçüktü, özellikle banyosu çok dardı. Tuvaletle yatak yan yanaydı ve yattığınız yere koku geliyor maalesef. Ancak kahvaltısı çok doyurucu ve besleyiciydi. Çeşit çok fazla ve lezzetli. Personelleri de ilgiliydi.

Tertemiz ve güzel bir aile işletmesi

Çok güzel bir aile işletmesi , ufak bir otel ama yeni yeni büyüyor ve yeni odalar çok güzel. Tertemiz ve tazecik pişilerle mükemmel bir kahvaltı. Masamıza kadar kızarmış ekmek servisi yaptı işletme sahibi. Ömer ise her şeyimizle ilgilendi.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Otel sahibi, otel çalışanları çok anlayışlı ve ilgili insanlardı. Otel değil de ev gibi hissettirdi bize. Odalar gayet temizdi. Yemek servisinden yararlanmadık ancak eminim o da güzeldir. Konumu çok iyi. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim. Teşekkürler.💐

Bize verilen oda tam anlamıyla temizlenmemişti. Çöp kutusunun arkasında önceki misafirlerden kalan çöpler vardı. Odanın değiştirilmesini talep ettik kabul edip başka bir oda verdiler. O oda da havlular kirliydi kendi havlularımızı kullandık. Ayrıca ekonomi odaları aşırı derecede küçük iki kişi aynı anda odanın içinde yürümeniz çok zor bunun yanı sıra kahvaltıları güzeldi.

Sadece yan odadakilerin sesinin bizim odaya net bir şekilde gelmesi dışında başka bir sıkıntı yoktu aslında. Kahvaltısı olabildiğince başarılı, temiz yer.Merkeze yürüme mesafesi de çok iyi.Dediğim gibi sadece ses sıkıntısı ama bu bile benim için oldukça kötü bir sorun.

Otel Bozcaada standartlarında kucuk temiz odaları olan bir yer. Ancak öyle harikulade bir aile işletiyor ki gördüğünüz değer 5 yıldızlı otel hissi veriyor. Tabiki Soner Bey'i de es geçmek olmaz. Bizi de aileden biri gibi hissettirdikleri için çok teşekkür ederiz. Bundan sonra Bozcaada da başka bir yerde kalmak istemem.

Fiyatlar verilen hizmete göre çok yüksek

Kesinlikle çok güleryüzlüler ve ilgililer, ancak küçük yerin verdiği rahatlık mı bilmiyorum ama daha önce pek çok ülkede ve şehirde kalan biri olarak rastlamadığım memnuniyetsizlikler yaşadım. İlk gün gelişimiz geç oldu (8-9) gibi ve yolda da pek çok kez geç geleceğimizi belirtmeme rağmen geldiğimizde satın aldığım deluxe odanın dolu olduğunu o gecelik küçük giriş kat odada konaklamamız gerektiğini söylediler. Ne fiyat olarak ne de rahatlık olarak kesinlikle aynı olmayan bu odada bir gece geçirmek zorunda kaldık. Oda o kadar küçüktü ki bavulumuzu bile açamadık. Biz de daha fazla uğraşmak istemedik. Bu olay dışında yaşadığımız bir diğer majör şey ise bir sonraki sabah ilk feribotla arabayı geçireceğimizi ondan arabanın arkasına kimsenin parketmemesini rica ettik. Bizim arabalardan koyarız rahat olun dendi ve sabah kalktığımızda başka bir araba duruyordu. Parkeden kişi anahtarı da bırakmadığından yarım saat boyunca sahibinin uyanmasını ve arabayı çekmesini bekledik ve bu yüzden ilk feribotu da kaçırdık... Bu yaşadığımız aksaklıklar dışında otel genel olarak temizdi, kahvaltı çoook güzeldi, konum merkeziydi, çalışanlar kesinlikle güleryüzlüydü. Misafirliğe gittiğimiz ev sıcaklığını yaşatıyorlar ama sonuçta konaklamam için böyle yüksek bir para ödüyorsam daha profesyonel yaklaşımlar bekliyorum. Yine de telafi etmek için çabaladıkları için teşekkür ederim.

ekonomik aldığımız oda çok kötü bodrum katta idi rutubetten yataklar ıslaktı haziran ayında 30 derece klima çalıştırmak zorunda kaldık.Bundan sonra ekonomik derken bodrum diye belirtmenizde fayda var öyle olduğunu bilseydik asla gitmezdik yani berbattı.

Güleryüzlü sıcak bir karşılama ardından 3.gün sonunda odamızın biz söylersek temizleneceği söylendi. Sebebi odasına girilmesini istemeyenler yüzündenmiş. Otelin konumu çok merkezi, sessiz. Otoparkı var. Kahvaltı çeşitli, orta kaliteydi. Bu puan daha çok Bozcaada ve güleryüz için.

Otel fiyatları çok pahalı olmasına rağmen otelin sahipleri ve çalışanları olukça sıcakkanlı ve güleryüzlü insanlar. Kahvaltısından çok memnun kaldık. Tek kötü yan kaldığımız odanın tuvalet banyosu çok küçüktü.
