「The location is excellent for hiking at Johnston Canyon. There is a shortcut path leading to the trail at the back of the house. The bungalow is very well kept. Kitchen appliances are with famous brand and very clean. The two bedrooms are a bit small but cozy. The sofa-bed in the living room is a bonus to us as we’re travelling with friends and need separate beds. Very quiet environment with fresh air. Will stay again if we visit Banff next time.」

「We stayed in the heritage mountain view cabins. The view was spectacular! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We visited the restaurant and that was good as well. The property was well maintained and the cabin was very clean. There was a fireplace in the cabin as well that kept it toasty warm. There is a tiny bit of highway noise but nothing that would prevent us from staying there again. Overall 10/10!」

「The Front Desk staff were not at all helpful or friendly. Arrived at 3:50pm and was not able to check in. Was told to wait and they would call me over. They would not check if room was ready and then at exactly 4pm called me over. Totally ridiculous. The room was clean and comfortable. The outside was well maintained and lovely sitting area by the golf course. Unfortunately due to the check in would not recommend.」
