"Excellent location a few steps from the high street, river walk and other hikes. They did an amazing job balancing daily operations with the construction - couldn’t miss the hoarding, but didn’t hear a thing. Every staff we met was pleasant and ready with a smile. Room was fresh and modern. Downstairs restaurant had great food and cocktails. Crave restaurant space on the second floor was a stunning place for their buffet breakfast with high ceilings and a beautiful view. Start at least one day there. Pool area was clean and chill - good for post-hike, but can’t do laps. And the all-day coffee station was a nice touch. This will be the first hotel I’ll check if/when we’re back to Banff."

"We were able and ride bikes from the hotel to Lake Louise. Room could use a little updating. Staff was excellent."

"Never mind any negative comments posted by other ppl. This is a rustic cottage and is perfect described on their page. The bed was comfy, the shower and sinks have very hot and very cold water that work absolutely perfect. Extra hooks and shelves were great. The mini kitchen has a stove, oven and bar size fridge with a small freezer, microwave, kettle and basic cooking utensils. If you need anything at all just ask. They are great! Lots of plugs but an extension cord with usb would be very helpful. At night every cabin has Christmas lights. It’s adorable. Easy parking even for the largest rv’s. I am a single female traveller and felt safe and cozy."
