"Pool was great. Room was clean but tight space. It was noisy over the weekend. Loud crowds at night and skiers in the morning. All rooms face outdoor courtyards so noise was going to happen. It was very warm in the room. "

Pool was nice and enjoyed the 2 hot tubs that were different temperatures. We didn't use the steam room but this was a nice touch too. We got 2 welcome drinks from booking on expedia so it was nice to enjoy a glass of wine at the restaurant in the evening. Parking and checkout was easy, perfect location for walking to everything in Banff! I requested a late checkout at 11:30 and there was no issues with this and no charge. We will definitely stay here again!"
