Each year, I receive a $35 VIP credit to spend on food or beverages, and I have always used it at Starbucks without any issues. This year, however, I was told that due to company policy, the credit cannot be used at Starbucks, so I was not given the $35 credit. I understand it is not a large amount, but since this benefit was provided in previous years, I feel disappointed and a bit misled. I hope you can help clarify this policy and consider honoring the credit this time."
