「The Tropical was a very pleasant surprise in Ibiza! By surprise I mean, for the price I paid I expected a much more basic hotel but the Tropical was lovely. The room was very modern and a good size, comfy bed, balcony overlooking the pool which was also very nice (a bit cold but that can be a good thing too). The staff was very pleasant and helpful. 「The hotel had only recently opened for the season. On the first day the room was a bit dusty but more or less everything else was fine. Rooms cleaned daily if you required it. 「The check in process was smooth, the attendant was very attentive anr kind. However, The property needs some work, the jacuzzi doesnt have hot water as a jacuzzi should, temperature was cold. There are no towels around the jacuzzi unless you request them at the lobby prior to using the jacuzzi. The towels in the rooms had hairs in them, and some stains.
