You cannot expect much. Receptionist doesn’t speak English well (some do). As bath amenities, there are shampoo, bath soap and that is all. Breakfast is average. Rooms are nice and spacious.

Quick and easy check-in - It is a nice-looking facility, although the decor is dated. Very reasonable breakfast buffet included. It has a simple bar but few food options and limited restaurant service. The worst problem is the very limited number of electric outlets in the room, making it very cumbersome for the traveler in the digital age.

Acomodação suficiente no quarto, porém o mesmo não tem portas no armário (o armário é aberto - apesar de possuir cofre -), a luz do espelho do banheiro estava queimada, e o refil do shampoo estava vazio (o hotel não fornece saches de sabonete e shampoo, mas tem sabonete líquido na pia - na parede - e tem sabonete líquido e shampoo na parede do box; o shampoo esrava vazio). O banheiro estava muito limpo e o chuveiro é muito bom. Funcionários : recepção boa, mas o café da manhã é todo retirado e desligado dado o horário de término, não importando quem está ou não está no salão de refeição. Não deixam nem o cafezinho para "rebater". O estacionamento É COBRADO mesmo para hóspedes. Pontos positivos : boa localização, lounge impecável (muito bonito, com café e chás disponíveis o tempo todo - menos a partir de um certo horário da noite -). Sugestão : se quiserem fechar o lounge, trazer o café para um aparador ou mesinha instalado na recepção ou próximo da geladeira onde se cende vende bebidas diversas.

Bom atendimento, excelente café da manhã, quarto limpo e arrumado, porém bem pequeno e ar condicionado extremamente barulhento, hall dos andares bem escuros e um problema que por ser estrutural exigiria reforma grande e inviável que é o fato das escadas estarem muito próximas ao elevador no Térreo o que pode ocasionar acidentes. Outro detalhe importantíssimo é a falta de rampa para PCD no acesso principal.
