「Excellent stay and very attentive staff!」

「飯店位置好找，有停車場，對面就是湖，有湖邊散步步道，入住四人房，內有浴缸，但位置在一樓沒有面湖陽台，頂樓有住客可以去的面湖陽台，有健身器材，飯店有私人泳池，早餐挺好吃，步行到老城約20分鐘，服務人員都親切微笑，會主動打招呼關心，英語流暢」

「Fantastic location on the Piazza Novembre and harbour, just steps from the Torre Apponale, MAG Museum, Bastione di Riva, historic Hydroelectric plant and ferries. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were small, but recently renovated - clean and comfortable with new bathrooms and mini fridges. 」

「Positive: Room is clean and reasonable size, breakfast has good selection, staff speaks good english. Negative: Lack of adaptors, definitely need cars to live in this place because it is far away from everywhere, late check in 3:00pm.」

Sehr gutes Frühstück.Hatten Halbpension gebucht.Sehr leckeres Abendessen.Sehr schöner SPA Bereich.Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Einzig die vielen Stechmücken im Zimner waren nervig.Bei der Anreise hatten wir ca. 20 Stück im Zimmer. 」

「Clean and comfortable hotel close to Bardolino and Cisano. A great location for accesing all the region has to offer. Great breakfast, we especially loved freshly made juices. The staff is friendly. Big swimming pools and nice welness centre. The only minus was that outdoor swimming pools were cold , even kids pool the water was freezing. The indoor pool was wonderful tho.」

「Can not say enough good thing about this hotel, so pretty and charming and the staff is amazing! Stephanie made sure our stay and needs were perfect and was so helpful helping us plan taxis and find good restaurant spots. Luigi was an excellent bartender that made our family and friends night super fun! Hotel breakfast was really good, good location, short walk to the lake and center area. Love this place, can't wait to come back!」
