Ao reservar a acomodação havia a informação, nesse site da Hotels.com de que havia restaurante no local e serviço de quarto 24 hs.. E isso pesou bastante na decisão de hospedar-me lá. No entanto, ao chegarmos lá para o check-in, soubemos que o hotel fechará para reformas a partir do dia 17/12 e que, por isso, o restaurante não estava desativado, assim como o serviço de quarto. Não fomos avisados disso com antecedência. Frustrante. Fomos para um casamento que se realizou no final da tarde de sábado. Saímos de São Paulo despreocupados pois pretendíamos almoçar no próprio hotel antes da cerimônia. Queríamos, no dia seguinte, ficar em um hotel que não precisássemos sair para nos alimentarmos. Porém, tivemos que nos deslocar para almoço e jantar, frustrando nossas expectativas de repouso. Mesmo que o hotel vá fechar, deveria ter cumprido com aquilo que se propõe. Assim, venho solicitar uma indenização porque pagamos por serviços que não estavam disponíveis.

Ótimo custo benefício

+ Bem localizado + Ótimo custo benefício: casal 200 numa sexta e 172 num sábado. Esses valores para Campinas estão muito bons + Boa tv com vários canais, excelente chuveiro + Atendimento educado e simpático As críticas abaixo são sugestões: - Ar condicionado e portas seria bom trocar - Já que estão reformando, colocar revestimentos na parede deixam o banheiro muito mais bonito, além de facilitar a manutenção - A piscina no fds estava isolada, sem colchonetes, sem guarda sóis - A fachada externa precisa de uma pintura - O blackout da cortina do 331 é muito curto e está com alguns furos, entrando muita luz. Crítica realmente fica com a parte do restaurante/café da manhã, que imagino ser terceirizado - Num fds não havia ninguém que pudesse vender alguma bebida: água, refri, cerveja, apenas do frigobar. Entendo que uma cozinha aberta num fds não valha a pena mas podia ter um PDV de bebidas, até pq nos fds, mesmo com pandemia, estão com ocupações altas, ou então vending machines - O café de manhã, me desculpe, precisa muito ser melhorado. Apenas 2 frutas (mamão e melão), queijo minas muito ruim, apenas mussarela e presunto, suco de laranja artificial, poucos pães, poucos laticínios, cadeiras do salão antigas, descascadas. E no domingo, as 10h25 o rapaz fala no meio do salão: "galera, daqui uns 5 minutos vamos retirar o café" O hotel é muito bom se analisando o custo benefício, vale muito a pena, porém sugiro fortemente vocês reverem essa terceirização do restaurante / café

Decepcao e aborrecimento.

Razoavel. Nos colocaram em um quarto de tamanho bom mas o at condicionado alem de pingar fez um BARULHO insuportável e ensurdecedor as 3h da manha. Desliguei p descongelar e religuei isso em torno das 03:30. Religuei e aguentou sem barulho ate as 6:30 quando reiniciou o barulho. Foi uma noite HORRIVEL! Tenho a sensacao de que sabiam do fato mas fingiram nao saber. Outra coisa foi os atendentea se “enrolando” na entrega das chaves me fazendo subir e descer 3 vezes. Na troca do carro na noite seguinte me mandaram para o quarto errado e a chave nao funcionou. Desci. Reclamei. Me deu nova chave. Entrei. Quarto de outra pessoa e ocupado. Era o quarto errado mas insistido pela recepcionista. Foi stressante sim. Estava a passeio. Nao gostei. O ultimo quarto era confortavel porem nao recomendo devido as “cabecadas” do atendimento.

Very nice location, with a great shopping mall within walking distance. The internet (WiFi) is slower than expected. Breakfast is included in the price and offers very good options, with a reasonable variety of foods. The personnel is quite friendly; one of the managers always called me by name, and he wasn't looking at the system to be able to do that.

Equipe super gentil EVITOU péssimo fim de semana

Equipe de hotel nos atendeu muito bem, principalmente porquê nosso check-in foi anoite -devido a atraso na saída de São Paulo. Também tivemos problema no retorno do passeio da Maria Fumaça, que atrasou bastante na saída e retorno de Jaguariúna. Ou seja check-out também foi comprometido. Nosso contato foi com Gerusa e Renan e ambos foram muito gentis, prestimosos e compreensívos.

Hotel é bom, bonito e limpo. Chuveiro é uma delícia. Porém a acústica deixa MUITO a desejar. Dá para escutar pessoas nos quartos ao lado claramente, além de eu ter o azar de ter algazarra no corredor de madrugada, incomodando absurdamente e a noite de sono foi horrível.

Hotel had a very nice outdoor pool which was cleaned daily. Of course like most areas in Brazil, you had to pay for parking, which was in a secured lot. The morning breakfast was the best I've every seen, they can't compare to anything US hotels offer. Had a pleasant time while staying at the hotel.
