Recepção tudo certo tanto na entrada como na saída. Limpeza tudo certo levando em consideração que o prédio está em reforma. Na suíte 308 onde ficamos o vaso sanitário estava solto do chão e os cabides quase todos quebrados (plástico) e na prateleira. Apenas 4 inteiros. Levantamos por volta de 7:15h e fomos tomar café, pois tinha um compromisso em São Paulo. Por volta das 7:40h tinham exatamente 11 pessoas no restaurante. As travessas de frios estavam vazias. Fui colocar café e a garrafa térmica também estava vazia. Não tinha ninguém no salão. Vi por uma abertura que tinham 3 funcionárias (batendo papo e rindo na cozinha). Chamei e pedi para que repusessem o café, aguardei uns minutos e fui informado que iriam fazer o café. Achei um absurdo, pois isso deveria estar sendo controlado pelas funcionárias. Reclamei e a funcionária ainda comentou com um outro hóspede (tem gente que só reclama). Repuseram as travessas de frios após a reclamação. Fui prá mesa e comi um lanche mesmo sem o café. Após alguns minutos uma das funcionárias "grita do fundo). Já tem café. Todos olharam admirados. Fingi que não ouvi e fui embora sem tomar café. O mínimo que deveriam ter feito era ter ido até a mesa e perguntar se eu queria que me levassem o café. Funcionárias realmente despreparadas. Fica aqui o meu protesto e a certeza que não volto mais. Obrigado.

Custo benefício desequilibrado. Apesar de ter boas instalações, localização adequada para o objetivo da hospedagem, o quarto não condiz com o valor e com a expectativa criada pelas fotos do site. Café da manhã honesto!

Hotel localizado na estrada em um complexo com posto de gasolina, Starbucks , Mania de Churrrasco, farmácia e outros. Fica a 2km do ZooPark de Itatiba. Muito limpo , café da manhã gostoso e os profissionais muito atenciosos . Os quartos de frente recebem o sol da manhã .

O hotel é bom. O quarto e as roupas estavam limpas e apresentáveis. Somente o café da manhã precisa ser melhorado. A limpeza pode ser melhor, dos utensílios, e as frutas deveriam estar cobertas, pois haviam muitos mosquitinhos sobre elas.
