It is a simple hotel and basic services don’t work. They don’t provide hand towels, neither room service, the sheet is smaller than the bed and the air conditioner was not working.

We asked for fresh towels and to have the room serviced, at 8am when we left, and they did no clean it by the time we got back, at 9pm Had to go down and complain at the front desk, and it took a while, but was able to get some fresh towels at least The breakfast is good, and staff is generaly friendly

Me deram a "chave" de um quarto já ocupado, entrei e tinha uma mala aberta e quem ocupava deveria estar no banheiro. Como é que se faz "chave" de lugar ocupado? Sistema ruim. Luzes "penumbra". Precisei fazer um curativo, nada de enxergar, nem mesmo no banheiro. Na reserva pedi quarto com 2 camas separadas e fiquei em um com cama de casal e sofá cama
