Não recomendo este hotel!

Hotel MUITO ruim, ar condicionado quebrado, chuveiro muito ruim, televisor chiado e sem opções de canais, muito barulho no hotel vindo dos corredores e dos outros quartos, quarto pequeno e diferente das fotos. Não recomendado e não voltaria a me hospedar. Tudo diferente da descrição e das fotos do hotel no site.

O hotel é bom e barato, não deixou praticamente nada a desejar. Café da manhã legal, 15 minutos do aeroporto, tem um shoping proximo, limpam todos os dias, chuveiro bom e o uber chegar em 5 minutos. Unica coisa que faltou foi um secador de cabelo que sentimos falta, então leve o seu. Holtel simples mas nos atendeu bem.

Não gostei, pelo valor que pagamos deveria ter ficado em outro mas como estava sem internet tive que reservar pelo 0800. Tudo ruim, muito velho as acomodaçoes, a cama tão pequena que acho que era de viuva. O café da manha ruim tambem, tinha um ovo mexido parecendo ser seco sem condiçoes de comer, sucos artificiais. Nunca mais...

Ao chegar, ofereceram um quarto com ventilador (reservei com ar condicionado), primeiro problema. O hotel é bem simples, você tem a impressão que eles pouco estão se incomodando se você, ficará ou não, hospedado. No terceiro dia, faltou água (não manifestaram quais providências o hotel irá tomar). Resolvemos então, sair, no meio da locação. O banheiro do hotel é muito pequeno, mal conservado. Café da manhã razoável. Eu não retornaria, nem tampouco, recomendaria este hotel. O preço cobrado não é condizente com a estrutura do hotel.

O único problema é o jantar, deveria ter mais opção com maior flexibilidade, pede alguma coisa fora do cardápio por ex um ovo frito, um omelete, dizem não podemos fazer. Eu, particularmente acho o jantar muito ruim.

Hotel Confortável, Recepção Fraca

O hotel em si foi bom, a comida é simples mas saborosa, com destaque para as sobremesas do buffet self-service. O quarto é bem organizado, embora o serviço do atendimento em si foi meio fraco. Problemas com solicitação de taxi, produto identificado como consumido no quarto porém sem consumação (que foi estornado em seguida), desconhecimento da diária ter sido efetuada com registro no site do hoteis pela pessoa que recepcionou no primeiro dia e faxineira já ir abrindo a porta do quarto sem saber se o hóspede (eu) estava dentro ainda (durante o banho). Não é um hotel ruim, mas dentre os que já conheço de Campinas, não recomendaria para quem puder investir em um hotel um pouco melhor.
