Uso das áreas comuns

Chegamos no sábado estava 33 graus e já fomos usar a piscina, chegando lá tivemos que sair pois tinham alugado a piscina do hotel para uma festa privada para alguns hóspedes, ou seja, não conseguimos utilizar uma comodidade que deveria ser para todos os hóspedes do hotel. No domingo fomos utilizar a piscina e ela estava suja cheio de coisas da festa do dia anterior, mesmo assim solicitamos a recepção para ficarmos um pouco mais que meio dia para poder utilizar a piscina a recepcionista informou que somente pagando meia diária a mais por pessoal, pedi para ficar pelo menos 1 hora a mais que meio dia ela informou que não poderia porque não teria ninguém pra arrumar o quarto depois, falei mas não conseguimos utilizar a piscina ontem, ela pq pagaram pra usar o espaço, mas eu também paguei a estadia com todos os benefícios do hotel. Além desse episódio o Hotel é lindo, confortável, bem limpo, tem o café da manhã muito bom e bem servido.

A começar pela recepção, a cordialidade, educação, simpatia e disponibilidade em atender às dúvidas. O café da manhã é bem servido, com variedades (destaco o bolo de chocolate com cobertura, a torta de chocolate com amêndoas e a quiche). O banheiro é espaçoso, cama confortável; roupas de cama e banho com boas condições de uso.
