"The perfect location for a Sedona trip. We had two children 13 and 9. Booked a rim view amd it exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and the cleaning service took care of kitchenette. We were able to do the airport mesa hike from our room. The balcony was picture picture and we filled in the must sees with a jeep tour. Will be back! "

"The good: The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The bed while not as comfortable as home, was comfortable enough. The TV had very few channels but had popular apps you could login to. The bad: The shower seat didn’t seem sturdy enough to hold my mom at 330lbs, when she sat in it, it creaked and lowered 2 inches below level. It seemed like it was going to break. The pool and hot tub needed cleaned, the hot tub was open but not working. It was as cold as the pool at about 68 degrees, the gate to the pool area was unlocked and they had pasted a piece of rubber over the lock to keep it permanently open posing a serious threat to children who were not attended by a parent. There were rude people in the room above who allowed their kids to run & wrestle in spite of complaining to hotel staff. "

"I would have given 5 stars, but the only reason I gave 4 is that their website said they have a kids program which they haven’t had for over 1 year. Everything else was good. Clean nice rooms. Steakhouse was good. Nice big bowling area with arcade next door. I liked the the pool and hot tub were indoor. Will be staying here again."
