Hotel doesnt have any restaurants itself but has a Japanese place adjoining & Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks also right next to it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room size is quite good. 「Fantastic location. Excellent staff. Place is a bit worn and dated. Bathroom small and aging, but entirely comfortable, spacious suite. Fair value. Very enjoyable stay. Would definitely return.」

「今次旅遊主要是參加波士頓馬拉松，酒店距離bag drop 大約步行5分鐘已經可以。落機去到酒店已是半夜12點幾，接待處職員非常有禮貌，而且好helpful，唯美中不足原來房間冇電熱水壺，職員亦都很樂意幫助給我熱水壺。直至第二日再找其他職員協助搵熱水，其中較高層人士見到我企在大堂內等候主動協助，除咗一兩個較為junior Staff前枱職員冇禮貌外，整體酒店員工服務態度良好。相信可能是溝通技巧需要學習。如果參加馬拉松可以考慮這間酒店，因為確實就近Bag drop及乘座黃巴士處。」

「The Verb is a super cool hotel! The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is small but really neat! And the location can't be beat--we came to Boston to tour Fenway Park and take in a game or two and you can't beat the location-park is right next to it and everything was walkable. 「A great place to stay while in Boston, the hotel itself offers free breakfast which includes full breakfast and delicious meals in their French style restaurant, a lovely lobby to hangout and all day coffee/hot tea which becomes a great plus for the winter time in Boston. 「A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.」

「I and my husband came for the 128 Boston Marathon. My unit was in 41 St. Stephen Street. The location is very convenient with Symphony Station just round the corner. A short walk to Hynes Convention Centre and Marathon finish line. Whole Food Market is just 3 minutes walk and there are many nice restaurants around. Though in an old building, the unit appears recently renovated with marble kitchen table top, a big fridge, microwave, toaster and electric stove which is very efficient in cooking....
