「I actually had to cancel my stay as I stood in the lobby. My mother has dementia and just wanted to get home. She and I had a very tense time in the parking lot, but clerk Marisa was such a big help! She offered snacks for my mother and tried desperately to see if the stay could be tefunded. (It couldn’t). Because of her kindness and the kindness of a bystander, LeAnn, I give this hotel 5 stars! 」

「My stay was fine, I am planning on booking the room again for two nights. The only complaint I have is there was ants in the room. I went out and bought ant spray. They were on the air conditioner unit, that is where I first noticed them. That was a small thing to a giant. All in all the room was very clean, the environment was very quiet and relaxing; especially when just getting off work from a nine hour day and working in the heat. My fiance found this hotel for me and I am VERY satisfied....
