"We had absolutely the Best Service We have had in many Years. There was on glitch. the Desk Lamp worked the first night then did not. I asked the Housekeeper for a new bulb but that did resolve the issue. It was on a weekend and no Maintenance Staff on Duty at the time I reported it. "

"I booked a king room, get there and they tell me I’m getting a double room. Room key kept quitting. Everyday we’d have to go have it fixed. Boy at counter was rude, and barely spoke English. Room had a smoke smell to it. Toilet seat lid was missing a bolt so it kept going sideways. Place was semi clean and tolerable, but I’d never stay there again. "
