「The hotel has only been open about 6mths. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was just like brand new. Shower was powerful. The location is prefect for exploring Cambridge, only about 5-10 mins walk from the centre but the design of the rooms shelter you from any noise from the main road. 「The check-in is slow, inefficient and chaotic which wasted so much of our time and caused lots of inconvenience. The staff is aware of the issue but didn’t show any concerns or try to help the situation. The room is in reasonable shape but the lack of amenities for a Hilton is unacceptable. This is a hot summer here in Cambridge and they don’t even have a fridge in the room?! Don’t expect to have coffee in the room either because they don’t have a coffee maker here… just tea bags and cheap...

Salmon main dish was dripping in very salty miso and soy sauce. Restaurant was v busy and we were advised that there could be a wait for food.
