玩得好
因為酒店公眾泳池有2個, 而且又連海灘, 真心個view同設計都不錯。唯有一些房間有壞既問題, 例如我2間浴室有一間塞左有一間燈壞左。而且因為因為spa是入住就能book, 所spa都好full booking。去做的時候, spa的reception總是有點不耐煩。其餘我個人覺得都很好。

出發前email 聯絡今次住宿係annverisary, 酒店特別free upgrade 房間為pool villa, 更為我地準備surprise cake, 非常貼心。 環境設施都十分優秀。 不過因為地方太大，由房間步行去spa 和海邊餐廳要十分鐘，call goft car 接送有時等候比較耐，但整體可以接受。 spa 質素很好，試左不同spa 服務，技師們都十分用心。。 唯獨早餐buffet 種類不多。

Nice stay with my friends
It had been a great experience in Fusion Resort. We got upgraded to a room with a private pool and we enjoyed it! The spa treatments made us relax a lot. Besides, the staff were nice and caring especially, Matthew. He was patient and introduced us in detailly about the resort. Overall, it was a great experience among several trips in South East Asia.

穿梭城市和酒店的穿梭巴士加多些班次會比較好，現在一天只有三班時間不太好預計。 其他方面都很好^_^。

房間闊絡，境觀開揚。 房內備有電筒、防曬帽及驅蚊膏等，十分貼心。 入住前一天會收到酒店電郵，以供預約spa服務。務必謹記提前預約，因為到check in當日才約，很大機會會full booking。 沙灘及泳池都很不錯！

我入住Beachfront Pool Villa, 環境及景觀非常美麗, 很舒適和安靜, 絕對可以放鬆心情. 但整體服務細節卻有待改進. 我1點到達check in, 前台告知2點才安排入房, 這沒問題的, 但結果等到3:30才入房, 因為房間未預備好...到入房時前台又把我的行李遺漏在lobby, 結果快4點我才可正式入住. 晚上睡覺時誰得很不舒服, 發覺床褥太軟, 中間窩進去的, 一點承託力都沒有, 腰酸背痛, 結果就起來看看床到底怎樣, 結果發覺執房的把原本向直的床墊變成橫放了, 我的要就是窩在兩張床墊中間, 怎麼可能有這種事情發生呢? 床褥是向直的, 你怎可能會把床墊向橫放呢? 實在無語...另外, 晚上叫in room dining, 點餐時說30-40分鐘送到, 結果等了80分鐘才到. 我想單是只有景觀, 其他服務及細節都這樣多疏忽也不太能說是一間優質酒店吧? 而且這是expedia的VIP Access酒店, 我也沒有覺得哪裡有VIP的待遇啊...所有東西都是一個~等~字.

在一天早餐的沙拉發現有蟲2次，真是有點不完美， 員工服務態度一流，房間清潔和環境優美， 就是按摩中心時間不足，很難預訂，我已是第一天預訂所有按摩，但找不到我理想的時間， 穿梭巴士多加班次是最理想的行程安排， 很多謝酒店員工的服務和協助，令我這次旅程十分滿足。

A relaxing wonderland with unlimit SPA treatment
The environment is superb and private. SPA treatment is free and guarantee min. 2 session per day per person. There is swimming pool and a nice, clean beach.

A relaxing hotel
Great hotel with gorgeous environment and passionated staff!! Really recommended if you want to relax!! Feeling recharged after staying here for only one night. We have lived in villa with 2 bedrooms and private pool. It was really comfortable. Having a really good sleep after having free spa provided by the hotel. The food are great!! A variety of food for breakfast! The staff are really helpful, they will try to satisitfy you. Really appreciate about it. But this resort is a bit inconvenient. It takes about 40mins to center of Nha Trang with too little shuttle bus. Overall, this hotel must satisify you if you want to be relax.

poor service with such high rate. Poor experience because the staff left us in the city centre as the driver forgot to pick us up although we arrived the meeting point before the scheduled time.

Nice and cozy resort
There is only one restaurant in the resort but the food choice might satisfy you. Though the spa center allows you to book more than 2 complimentary sessions, it’s full every day and I accidentally found that even they have space, the staff won’t let you book more two. The best offer is to arrange a specialty bath in your villa like floral and herb.

Don’t come in December!
It’s so windy in December. The beach is closed and nobody stay outdoor. Everywhere is so dusty, you can see many footprints at your room and yoga mats. And you cannot sleep well at nights as the winds keep on blowing at the windows & doors which is so noisy. The maintenace is very bad. The water & electric supply in room is unstable. The refrigerator is out of order. The curtain is dirty. the sink is leaking. There is nothing nearby the resort. And the shuttle bus service is so limited. Summer time is fine as you can enjoy the sunshine & nice swimming pool at the resort, but not in December.

硬件無敵正, 服務及食物有係這是我去過最靚最舒服的酒店, 基本房間好靚好舒服,但水壓很細他們的舒適浴缸盛滿及去水各要20多分鐘, 但這不是最差的地方以下是我個人體驗 全RESORT 只有一間餐廳, 食物選擇少而味道差更過份是星期五有個BBQ 晚宴 VN 800,000 但只有沙律一款2枱,甜品一款2枱 熱薰數款. 但最不接受是BBQ 味道一般,多種海鮮及肉食是預煮的.這個偠錢這個質素,芽莊的食評的你們拉下了 水療- 可能我見識少他們每日送的SPA油推 是50分鐘有一半時間是滴油/油敷 我4個有2 個我試過.... 另外 是他們的預約時間是不可連用一定要分開, 但他們的SPA 是用大量油推.你每次要更衣,SPA,更衣.沖洗. 我真的不懂欣賞. 最使我接受不了是他們的PR欴RICCO 第一天到我們要求 Delay check out 到2 點 另外要安排架車1430去機場但他們只可安排酒店車到機場- 要 VN 300,000”. 機場到芽莊45分鐘的士 都是VN 300,000,你去機場 10分鐘都要, OK 因為你冇的士我接受. 到最後一晚GM 出信同我講要我們 12 點check out 1530 車我們去機場，我早上問PRECIPITATION 佢打算 我1200 到1530 做什麼，佢話去做spa 或者食個午餐。唔講都還好講就上火，你餐廳又貴又唔好食，SPA 要BOOK 到先啦而且又換衫沖涼！一輪爭論完好啦1400 check out 1430 車，到最後結帳,帳單又錯我只要去程他們收我 VN 600,000,又話搞錯。這樣的服務絶對有改進空間 這是我的體驗

對酒店的服務大致滿意，可提早入住（12:00）及延遲退房（14:00）員工態度親切。 但對主房間的評價就不太滿意，因為淋浴室去水位淤塞，水溜到出去浸浴出面，通知酒店服務員維修，但他們忘記要第二日再通知，先有人來維修。 房間雪櫃亦是壞的，所以每天都要他們拿一桶冰來雪飲品。 酒店Shuttle Bus班次太少，一日總共得5班車（兩班出市區，三班接回酒店），建議酒店可加開班次。

這是一間比較新的酒店，風景優美，但除了這樣便一無是處了，感到失望，餐廳只有一間，但食物水準真的非常一般，粉絲沙拉粉絲還未熟生硬，酒店服務員不太禮貌，這個價位的酒店而給這樣的服務真的不會再入住，非常失望，歡迎有勇氣人士嘗試。

Oceanfront pool villa is superb
Free upgrade with expedia VIP, the hotel is new and everything is good, except for only one restaurant and food quality is soso. Order anywhere breakfast at our villa, they look unattractive... sigh. Except for that , I highly recommend this Resort.

入住前4天已預約機場接送及SPA,由於到步都已是5:30pm,所以馬上放下行李到餐廳吃晚飯,因為預約了8:00pm做SPA. 職員們都非常友善,房間空調壞了立刻派人來修理,工作人員冒著大雨過來,令我非常感動.還有生日當天送了一個小蛋糕,令我渡過美好的生日.唯一美中不足是沐浴時水壓及熱水都不足夠

下雨天時，地面不夠止滑，易滑倒，房間設計不適合小小朋友，小朋友的遊戲室東西都缺少或是壞掉，應該要更新或是添購新的用品，服務人員都需要多受訓，不夠專業。但spa的部分很不錯！
