「I showed up after driving 12 hours to be told I cannot stay because they only allow dogs. I had 1 female cat and the denied me my reservation with zero refund. I brought my cat last minute and wasn’t sure if I was going to when I booked so all I saw was pet friendly. She asked me and I was honest with her because I was willing to pay the fee. 「The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The hot breakfast was very good. The greeting when we checked in was exceptional. I gave it three stars because rooms in the front of the hotel face Interstate 24 across the parking lot. Significant vehicle noise all night long. Don’t get those rooms. 」

「This is the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel recently. Upon first glance, the room looked spotless, but the first bed I turned down to sleep in had dirt or something on the sheets. No biggie, the other bed was clean and it was just me. The staff was very friendly (especially Cindy at the front desk who even let me and my associate check into our rooms early).
