「The staff was welcoming and helpful.」

「When we booked the room we booked a King size bed. When getting to the property the front desk said they ran out of those rooms that they had rooms with 2 queen beds in them. So we were like ok thinking it wouldn’t be to bad. We got to our room and the room next door sounded like the air conditioning was about to blow up. The beds they said were queens were really two fulls. Other than that it’s a cheap hotel for one to two nights of stay but I wouldn’t stay for long periods」

「Our room was disgusting. I usually never write reviews but my experience was so awful they need to be exposed. My key cards did not work even after taking them back twice, the room had no toilet paper. No towels, no sheets for the sofa bed. We went to get some and the towels had yellow stains and hair on them. They looked really old and worn out. There was inappropriate adult items left in the room, there was trash underneath the bed which we saw because we had to search all over for the remote...

「This hotel does not deserve to operate as a Hilton property. I was not greeted as a Hilton Honors member or at all! I stated I was checking in and gave my name, was asked for ID and credit card and given cards. The first room I was assigned the key would not open the door. So myself, a 8 year old child and a full luggage cart had to return to the front desk and they assigned us a different room on the same floor. 「When I checked in it took almost 30 mins for the staff member to get me a room as he was unfamiliar with the system. When I finally got into my room it was full of bugs, dirty sheets and towels and the shower was full of scum and left over soap from a previous stay. The staff did provide me with a fresh set but attempted to charge me for me and I needed to explain I didnt even get to put my bags down to notice how dirty they were.
