2/10 Terrible

"To be fair, I had an injured leg and was staying due to my house renovation. This was extremely perfumed to the point that my clothes smelled after only a couple hours. If you don’t like strong smells…. Don’t go here. It is very dark. Little lighting , It is creepy to me. The toilet was very low and bathroom very tiny. I had to pull off my brace to stand up. I had my husband pick me up after a couple hours. I was still charged. But I needed to leave. It is very basic and you may be ok. But it was not good for me. The smells, the dark decor, the very low facilities. No thanks."

"Our 6 day stay was Fair-. On 2 of the days, our room was not serviced until I went to the front desk. One of those times, it was subsequently done. The 2nd time, when we returned to our room, after a very long day out, the towels had been replaced but nothing more than that. The beds hadn't been made. Also, since we were staying for 6 days, we had a lot of clothing. I had to ask THREE times for a few extra hangers before we got any. Staff was friendly but didn't handle our requests in a timely manner. Breakfast was typical hotel fare. Would not stay again."

"The room was spacious and clean. Bed was good. Bathroom had a slight mildew smell but looked pretty clean. Water was either cold or really hot with low water pressure. We only stayed one night so we made it work. Breakfast was super busy and smaller area so we skipped it."

"One of the two elevators did not work so it was along wait to get on the elevator. Then on our last day the other elevator went out - we were on the 6th floor. My husband uses a cane - so I had to take everything down via the stairs. 2 trips to bring everything down the back up 6 flights to help my husband down. At least we didn’t have a plane to catch, but an exhausting 45 minutes to leave."

"Shout-out to customer service at the front desk the night I checked in (6/5). We were going to spend 80.00 each way for uber rides to go to a concert and she gave us excellent advice on place to park for 5.00-spent like 10 minutes showing us on her phone EXACTLY where to go...didnt catch her name but was at the desk alone Friday night around 4pm"

"After checking into the hotel and going to my room, I noticed that there was no desk chair. I informed the front desk, and the staff member brought a chair from another room, which I appreciated. However, the room had a significant number of flying bugs. I reported the issue and requested a room change if possible. The staff told me that no other rooms were available and that they would clean the room instead. When I returned later that evening, the same bugs were still in the room. Unfortunately, this made my stay very uncomfortable and disappointing. The lack of proper pest control and the inability to provide a clean room resulted in a very poor experience overall"
