"We stayed at the hotel about three years ago and had a wonderful time with the only recalled problem being lack of internet in the room. It just never worked which was frustrating as with the thick walled construction phone connections were not optimal. Made for a discouraging trip for communications and researching online things to do and see and where to eat, etc. With our recent stay at the hotel, the WiFi connection was STILL not working properly and inaccessible. Staff was not very helpful or understanding this time around. In fact, no real response for the most part. You would think in three years it would have improved! Otherwise, the service at the restaurant and the rooms were very comfortable but bedside lamps were not properly working."
