La puerta del baño no cierra, el pasador de la manija no alcanza o coincide con la guarda fija para asegurar la puerta. Por lo que la puerta se mantiene abierta. mucho ruido en los pasillos tanto de los huespedes en los pasillos, como del mismo personal que trabaja en el hotel, no hablan, repentinamente alzan la voz tanto en las noches como en la madrugada.

The location Is near central Morelia, easy accessibility to all the historical sightseeing. And the staff are excellent.

El personal es muy amable y el lugar muy silencioso, para descansar es muy bueno. El único problema que tuve fue la sábana estaba manchada, pero de ahí en fuera, todo bien.

La señora que estaba a cargo del hotel, no es muy amable. La habitación que me asignaron, tenía fuga en el depósito de la taza del baño, había un tragaluz y entraba la luz directa a la habitación. El costo de la habitación incluye un desayuno continental y sólo había cereal, café y pan, todo muy limitado, y a las 10, aunque estés desayunando, entran las empleadas a quitar todo, es bastante incómodo, casi te están echando de ahí. El hotel no tiene servicio de estacionamiento, por lo que tienes que pagar un costo extra para que el coche se quede en una pensión cercana, esto lo debería incluir el precio del hotel.

Por error se realizó una reservación con día erróneo, se reservó de nuevo con el día correcto, y esperando que el hotel entendiera el caso , pudiera reembolsar la fecha errónea , tomando en cuenta que, se pago dos fechas, pero el hotel no quizo realizar este trámite. Deberían ser más flexibles con sus políticas.
