Well, to start with the ice machine was out of service. They did give me a plastic bag with ice in it. Next, there was a cigarette burn on the bed sheet. Good afternoon, We already booked a room,we had to do the process all over again in person, time consuming..everything was placed,the nect day,the spa closed ( repairing?) The pool had some stuff still there from someone else?self parking was good.
