「Hotel check in was quick and I was able to enter my room before the alloted time which was great after an early morning flight. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, the staff treated you like royalty as well. I experienced minor issues with my room but it was addressed immediately. I arrived as a stranger but left as though they were my family. The owner, Lise was very friendly and engaged with guests everyday. They also recommended various spots to visit as well payments were very convenient...

「There was a mix-up about the room description, but the staff made it right. The restaurant bar staff were fun and attentive. Air-conditioning was truly a blessing! Balcony was a perfect view of the ocean and we got a bird's eye view of ocean wildlife coming ashore in the morning at breakfast. 「The address was not correct, it leads us to the hospital, I had to ask for directions. When the men arrived at the bottom of the stairs, they were sitting and never responded to the "hello", maybe because of my complexion, whatever, I didn't try to say hello again after that. The maids was nice and polite. 」

「I would suggest that they upgrade to elevators. Walkin up those small steps /stairs with your luggage was inconvenient. The locks on the door were outdated and hard to open. But it seems safe. Clean room, comfy bed and fresh towels was available. The hotel room was just like in the picture .」
