「Nasty. We left and went to another hotel. Gaps in the door, reeked of smoke, blood on the walls, counters not wiped. We reeked of smoke after sitting in there for only 7-8 minutes.」

「I have been to more than 30 states in the United States, and this hotel is the worst.
