Hotel 11, MOD A Sonesta Collection
Was supposed to receive some incremental perks which I did not. Place was good. Dashed expectations damaged my opinion, and staff was solid but not super customer oriented. Probably wouldn’t stay again as there are so many options in the area?

Got a room for 4 people. There was one face cloth and 2 towels. Would be nice to have to rooms ready to go for guests.

Holiday Inn Calgary-Airport by IHG
I was kept awake by loud people in halls and woken up during the night. . Had early flight so up at 4 am. Dud not receive wake up call. Fortunately was up. Pleased with shuttle driver who was pleasant and efficient.
