「The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom...

「We have stayed here many times. Every time we fly out of YYC. Rooms are always clean. Good restaurant downstairs and a casino across the parking lot. The airport shuttle is always on time for drop off and pick up. We will continue to stay here whenever we use yyc.」
